About the Centre
The William A. George Extended Care Facility is a 20-bed long-term care facility operated by Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Care Centre.
We are located at 75 Fifth Avenue in Sioux Lookout, Ontario (see map below). Guest parking is provided in the circular driveway in front of the main entrance.
