About the Centre
With both Long-Term Care and Retirement Suites available, this beautiful Village off the University of Waterloo north campus offers something for everyone. The Village at University Gates opened in August 2020 and is nestled within the north end of Waterloo.
The Village at University Gates also holds the distinction of sharing space with the Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging, which houses its Centre of Excellence between the LTC and Retirement Suites. This is a place where residents, team members, and researchers come together for the benefit of older adults all around the world. ÂÂ
