About the Centre
Rockcliffe Community is a warm and friendly residence just minutes from the natural beauty of Thomson Memorial Park as well as nearby shops and restaurants. Our community celebrates diversity and inclusion, with a variety of programs and activities that reflect the interests and backgrounds of the 172 people living here. These include regular outings, art, music, visiting pets, and multi-faith services – just to name a few. During the warmer months, relax with family and friends on our patio where all sorts of vegetables, fruits and herbs flourish. We are also known for our care offerings, which include peritoneal dialysis, restorative care and physiotherapy, palliative care, and wound care among others.ÂÂ
