About the Centre
Meadow Park Chatham is a fully accredited long-term care home for 94 residents within the rural community of Chatham, Ontario. We will soon be growing and moving next door to St. Angela’s Meadow Retirement Lodge, in Chatham!
We offer private and basic (2-3 person) accommodations in a safe, community setting.
