Lanark Heights Long Term Care is a welcoming and supportive environment, located in the beautiful and established Forest Heights neighbourhood of Kitchener.
Lanark Heights is dedicated to providing seniors with an opportunity to live as independently as possible in a safe, secure environment that respects each individual’s right to the highest quality services which support healthy physical, emotional and social well-being.
Lanark Heights is home to 160 residents. It is partnered and physically linked with Lanark Place Retirement Residence, providing a unique continuum of care appealing to a wide variety of individual needs.
