About the Centre
Creedan Valley Community is a warm, vibrant community that is home to 69 people, situated in the tranquil village of Creemore, the ‘little village with a big heart’ in South Georgian Bay on the Eastern boundary of the Niagara Escarpment. We offer a rich variety of programs and activities including fitness programs, rehabilitation, multi-faith services, art, music, and shopping trips, tours, country drives, and other excursions.ÂÂ
