The residence has the appearance of a well-appointed hotel with its solid brick and precast stone accents and port cochere entrance. The lobby and main common areas are elegantly finished in oak wainscoting and ceramic tiles. A skylight waterfall terrace, caf�, fireplaces and comfortable seating areas create a friendly community ambience.
