What started as Rapid Test & Trace Canada, a specialized online retailer of rapid tests, has grown into a robust healthcare offering under RT Medical. During the peak of the pandemic, we scaled COVID testing operations to roughly 200 team members helping tens of thousands of customers get the support they required.

Erin lives in Alberta with her husband, two daughters and two fur babies. She is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Calgary and started her career growing a family business that has thrived on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. As the Customer Service Manager with RT Medical, she focuses on providing this same level of service to all our clients.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Shadey committed herself to improving health outcomes.
As Senior Care Manager at RT Medical, she strives to support her colleagues to provide the best care. Shadey is a continuous learner, attending seminars and workshops to further her knowledge and eager to grow with the company and drive innovation in administrative healthcare.
